浙江沪杭甬(00576.HK)：浙商期货就混合所有制改革签订增资协议

格隆汇5月11日丨浙江沪杭甬(00576.HK)发布公告，浙商证券(601878.SH)全资子公司浙商期货通过在浙江省公共资源(国有产权)交易中心公开挂牌方式引入投资者，开展混合所有制改革。经浙江产交所公开征集，最终确定6名投资者为本次浙商期货增资的交易对方。近日，浙商证券及浙商期货按照浙江产交所《签约通知函》要求，与6名投资方分别签署了增资协议。根据所签署增资协议，6名投资方合计投资金额172,999.98万元，合计认购浙商期货新增注册资本37,124.46万元。
