宁波高发：拟转让均联智行2.96%股权

格隆汇5月13日丨宁波高发公告，公司拟转让持有的均联智行全部股权(2.96%)，受让方为均胜电子。经交易双方友好协商，确定标的股份的交易价格约为1.19亿元。
