港股异动︱植华集团(01842)续跌逾15% 连续两日累计跌幅超84%

智通财经APP获悉，植华集团(01842)昨日大跌超80%，该股今日早盘高开逾4%，随后持续下跌，盘中跌幅一度扩大逾10%，连续两日累计跌幅超84%。截至10时25分，跌12.33%，报价0.32港元，成交额1970.28万。

消息面，5月16日盘后的复牌公告显示，植华集团(01842)拟将可换股债券转股价由每股1.68港元调增至每股2.09港元。如果换股股份悉数行使，相当于公司已发行股本的约0.72%。5月12日，公司宣布发行总额为0.15亿港元的可换股债券，换股价为每股1.68港元。

植华集团强调，本次集资事项将支持集团现有业务营运以及有关元宇宙及NFTs潜在项目。上月，植华集团主动披露称，与Ace就开发及推广元宇宙而可能达成的战略合作事项订立不具法律约束力的谅解备忘录。
