川恒股份(002895.SZ)：“川恒转债”可能触发赎回条件

格隆汇5月19日丨川恒股份(002895.SZ)公布，自2022年5月6日至2022年5月19日期间，公司股票价格已有十个交易日的收盘价不低于“川恒转债”当期转股价格(即20.9元/股)的130%(即27.17元/股)。若未来二十个交易日内，公司股票有五个交易日的收盘价不低于当期转股价格的130%，将触发“川恒转债”的有条件赎回条款，届时根据公司《公开发行可转换公司债券募集说明书》中有条件赎回条款的相关规定，公司有权按照债券面值加当期应计利息的价格赎回全部或部分未转股的“川恒转债”。

因公司2021年度权益分配确定的股权登记日为2022年5月20日，除权除息日为2022年5月23日，“川恒转债”的转股价格将自2022年5月23日起调整为20.70元/股，即自2022年5月23日起当期转股价的130%即为26.91元/股。
