济南长清区、章丘区不再限购 网签满2年可持证交易

格隆汇5月22日丨据济南日报，济南市近期将对楼市调控政策进行适度调整，预计23日将实施涉及限购范围、限售条件和公积金贷款额度等三项调整政策，具体包括：不再将长清区、章丘区列入限购范围；将上市交易的限售条件，由取得不动产权证满2年调整为限购区域内住房网签满2年可持证交易；在济南市行政区域内购买首套普通自住住房申请住房公积金贷款，一人缴存住房公积金的职工家庭最高可贷款额度由30万元提高至35万元，两人及以上缴存住房公积金的职工家庭最高可贷款额度由60万元提高至70万元。
