日月股份(603218.SH)拟投资2000万元设立控股子公司

智通财经APP讯，日月股份(603218.SH)发布公告，经公司拟在浙江省宁波市象山县注册成立一家控股子公司，子公司名称暂定为“宁波日月至信检测有限公司(暂定名，最终以公司登记机关核准的名称为准)”(以下简称“日月至信”)。日月至信注册资本为人民币2,000万元，由公司出资1,020万元，占注册资本的51.00%;由宁波至信检测技术有限公司出资980万元，占注册资本的49.00%。股东以现金方式出资。
