智通财经APP讯，华伍股份(300095.SZ)发布公告，公司于2022年5月23日收到公司控股股东、实际控制人聂景华先生通知，获悉其将所持有的部分公司股份质押，其本次质押2017万股，占其所持股份32.39%，占总股本4.80%。
