石头科技(688169.SH)：拟向洛轲智能转让部分商标及域名

格隆汇5月24日丨石头科技(688169.SH)公布，公司拟与上海洛轲智能科技有限公司(简称“洛轲智能”)签订商标及域名转让协议，公司及公司全资子公司石头世纪香港有限公司(简称“石头香港”)、全资孙公司Roborock International B.V.(简称“石头荷兰”)拟向洛轲智能转让部分商标及域名。

此次关联交易所涉标的的评估值为29.88万元人民币，交易价格为29.88万元人民币。此次转让标的为26项域名，2项注册商标和6项正处于申请注册过程中的商标。
