山东黄金(01787.HK)成功发行20亿元应收账款债权融资计划

格隆汇5月24日丨山东黄金(01787.HK)公告，公司于2021年12月24日在北京金融资产交易所(以下简称“北金所”)获批应收账款债权融资计划备案金额人民币100亿元，可分期发行，备案有效期2年。

公司于2022年4月29日收到北金所《接受备案通知书》(应收账款债权融资计划[2022]第0015号)，北金所决定接受公司首期应收账款债权融资计划备案。《接受备案通知书》中明确，公司本次应收账款债权融资计划备案金额为人民币20亿元，备案额度自北金所出具的《接受备案通知书》落款日起2年内有效，由中信银行股份有限公司主承销。

根据北金所下发的《接受备案通知书》(应收账款债权融资计划[2022]第0015号)，公司于2022年5月24日成功发行了规模为人民币20亿元的2022年度第一期应收账款债权融资计划。
