中国铝业(601600.SH)：拟将中铝山东、中州铝业100%股权协议转让给中铝新材

格隆汇5月25日丨中国铝业(601600.SH)公布，公司拟将所持有的中铝山东有限公司(简称“中铝山东”)、中铝中州铝业有限公司(简称“中州铝业”)100%股权以协议方式转让给公司全资子公司中铝新材料有限公司(简称“中铝新材料”)，交易对价约为人民币104.95亿元。其中：中铝山东股权交易对价约人民币48.73亿元；中州铝业股权交易对价约人民币56.22亿元。
