中国诚通发展集团(00217.HK)订立售后回租协议

格隆汇3月22日丨中国诚通发展集团(00217.HK)发布公告，于2022年5月30日，诚通融资租赁（公司间接全资附属公司）与承租人甲及承租人乙（作为共同承租人）订立售后回租协议，诚通融资租赁将按人民币1亿5,000万元的购买价格向共同承租人购买租赁资产，而租赁资产将回租予共同承租人，由诚通融资租赁支付购买价格之日起计为期三年，可根据售后回租协议的条款及条件提前终止。

租赁资产指若干履带式起重机、过滤泵、液压履带式起重机、空气循环交换器及液压机。
