四川雅安：阶段性调整购房首付比例，最低首付比例20%

格隆汇5月31日丨据四川雅安，雅安市住房和城乡建设局出台一系列房产行业稳增长举措。按照新政，雅安市阶段性调整购房首付比例政策，自2022年5月25日起，雅安市居民家庭购买首套普通商品住房的最低首付比例下调至20%，拥有1套住房且相应购房贷款未结清的最低首付比例下调至30%。政策停止执行时间以上级通知为准。
