格隆汇5月30日丨*ST东海A(000613.SZ)公布，公司于2022年5月30日收到深圳证券交易所(“深交所”)下发的《关于海南大东海旅游中心股份有限公司股票终止上市的决定》(深证上〔2022〕527号)，深交所决定公司股票终止上市。

退市整理期的交易起始日为2022年6月8日，退市整理期为十五个交易日。

退市整理期间，公司证券简称：东海A退、东海B退；证券代码：000613、200613；涨跌幅限制：股票进入退市整理期的首个交易日不实行价格涨跌幅限制，此后每个交易日的涨跌幅限制为10%。
