华伍股份(300095.SZ)：拟2870万元参与认购金贸流体定向发行股份
格隆汇5月31日丨华伍股份(300095.SZ)公布，公司拟以自有资金参与认购控股子公司芜湖市金贸流体科技股份有限公司(简称“金贸流体”)定向发行股份，认购金额为人民币2870万元，认购价格为2.87元/股(定价依据：以经审计的2021年末归属于金贸流体股东的每股净资产2.92元为定价依据，2022年5月26日，金贸流体实施权益分派，向全体股东每10股派0.48元，除权除息后，本次金贸流体定向发行股份的发行价格相应调整为2.87元/股)。
此次认购前，公司持有金贸流体31,182,439股股份，占金贸流体总股本的43.99%，为金贸流体控股股东，此次认购完成后，公司将持有金贸流体41,182,439股股份，占金贸流体总股本的45.82%，较认购前提高1.83个百分点，控股地位保持不变。通过此次定增，母子公司将加强在风电产品领域的产能协作，对于提升公司的风电产品交付能力有积极作用。
