港股异动 | 星岛(01105)拉升50% 大股东溢价约1.3倍转让近15%公司股份

智通财经APP获悉，大股东股份转让作价曝光后，星岛(01105)早盘大幅拉升，最高涨52%，触及0.67港元。日前，公司第一股东溢价约1.3倍转让公司全部已发行股本的约14.20%。截至发稿，星岛涨50%，报0.66港元，成交额0.10亿港元。

日前，星岛(01105)披露称，公司第一大股东、执董郭晓亭与买方蔡加赞达成股份转让协议，郭晓亭决定转让1.25亿股普通股予买方，相当于本公告日期公司全部已发行股本的约14.20%。

联交所最新数据显示，5月27日，本次股份转让完成，平均售价为每股1港元，较当日收盘价溢价约1.3倍。
