信佳国际(00912)发盈警，预期年度股东应占溢利同比减少约25%至35%

智通财经APP讯，信佳国际(00912)发布公告，与截至2021年3月31日止年度公司拥有人应占溢利约7930万港元比较，截至2022年3月31日止年度公司拥有人应占溢利预期将减少约25%至35%。

期内公司拥有人应占溢利减少主要归因于收益总额减少约12%，而此乃主要由于集团两个主力生产基地东莞及越南疫情防控升级，集团的生产经营、员工复工和招聘、原材料供应以及物流等方面均受到影响，对集团的盈利能力也造成了一定的影响。
