智通财经APP讯，科泰电源(300153.SZ)发布公告，公司根据业务发展需要，拟与先控捷联电气股份有限公司(“先控电气”)签署《购销合同书》，公司拟向先控电气采购电气设备及配套产品，合同金额为805万元。
