机构：全球半导体市场2023年预计增长5％ 达6796亿美元

格隆汇6月8日丨由主要半导体厂商构成的世界半导体贸易统计协会（WSTS）6月7日发布数据称，预计2023年半导体市场将比2022年增长5％，达到6796亿美元。虽然增长率放缓，但连续4年超过上年。2022年的全球半导体市场预期为6464亿美元，比上次预测上调450亿美元。2021年的确定值为5558亿美元，比2020年增长26％。WSTS预计，2022年支撑此前快速增长的运算用逻辑芯片和存储器都将减速。2021年两者均比上年增长31％，而到2023年逻辑芯片将同比增长7％，存储器将同比增长3％。
