格隆汇6月9日丨首开股份公告，5月份，公司共实现签约面积24.07万平方米，签约金额61.56亿元。1-5月份，公司共实现签约面积108.94万平方米，同比降低30.68%；签约金额340.84亿元，同比降低33.58%。
