湖南：党政机关及其它公共机构新增及更新车辆中新能源汽车比例不低于30%

格隆汇6月9日丨湖南省发改委、湖南省商务厅联合印发《关于进一步促进消费持续恢复的若干措施》，措施指出，鼓励汽车消费 。鼓励市州组织生产商、经销商、金融机构及相关企业联合开展汽车促销活动，省财政对各地给予适当补助。扩大党政机关及其它公共机构新能源汽车配备比例，新增及更新车辆中新能源汽车比例不低于30%，鼓励租赁车辆优先选用新能源汽车。鼓励网络预约车、邮政快递车使用新能源汽车。按照“智慧、高效、便利”的发展方向，加快推进居民小区、经营性停车场、高速公路服务区、客运枢纽等领域充电基础设施建设，进一步提升充电保障能力。全面落实符合要求乘用车减半征收车辆购置税和二手车交易增值税由2%下调至0.5%减税政策。
