黑龙江减轻小微企业税费负担 已退税96.1亿元

格隆汇6月10日丨据央视，为进一步减轻黑龙江省小微企业税费负担，黑龙江省较早出台了小微企业“六税两费”减免政策，明确从2022年1月1日起至2024年12月31日，对全省增值税小规模纳税人、小型微利企业和个体工商户，按照黑龙江省政府最大权限顶格50%税额减征“六税两费”，最大程度、最大范围减轻黑龙江省小微企业税费负担，更好服务市场主体发展。据统计，2022年4月1日至30日，黑龙江省已有85.6亿元增值税留抵退税款退到2.28万户纳税人账户上，加上一季度继续实施此前出台的留抵退税老政策退税10.5亿元，1—4月共有96.1亿元退税款退到纳税人账户上。
