格隆汇APP获悉，根据联交所最新权益披露资料显示，2022年6月6日，万科企业(02202.HK)遭GIC Private Limited在场内以每股均价16.5661港元减持298.52万股，涉资约4945.31万港元。

减持后，GIC Private Limited最新持股数目为188,399,094股，持股比例由10.07%下降至9.91%。
