易联众(300096.SZ)股东微医控股解除质押4120万股

智通财经APP讯，易联众(300096.SZ)发布公告，公司于2022年6月13日接到公司持股5%以上股东微医控股有限公司(简称“微医控股”)函告，获悉微医控股质押给中国工商银行股份有限公司杭州钱江支行(简称“工商银行钱江支行”)的公司股份已办理了解除质押登记手续。

本次解除质押股份4120万股，占其所持股份比例100%，占公司总股本比例9.58%。
