浙江众成(002522.SZ)：拟向众立合成材料增资约1.13亿元

格隆汇6月21日丨浙江众成(002522.SZ)公布，公司控股子公司众立合成材料现有全体股东拟以同等对价同比例以现金方式向其增资，合计增资2亿元，其中：公司增资1.1334亿元，陈大魁增资5600.00万元，韩丙勇先生增资2666.00万元，谷汉进先生增资400.00万元。
