太钢不锈(000825.SZ)：鑫海实业拟购买武钢有限的102万吨炼钢产能、宝钢特钢的14万吨炼钢产能

格隆汇6月24日丨太钢不锈(000825.SZ)公布，公司2022年6月24日召开第八届董事会第二十七次会议，审议通过《关于子公司购买炼钢产能的议案》。公司拟与武汉钢铁有限公司(简称“武钢有限”)、山东鑫海实业有限公司(简称“鑫海实业”)、临沂鑫海新型材料有限公司(简称“鑫海新材料”)签署《炼钢产能置换指标转让协议书》，武钢有限将102万吨炼钢产能转让给鑫海实业；拟与宝钢特钢有限公司(简称“宝钢特钢”)、鑫海实业、鑫海新材料签订《炼钢产能置换指标转让协议书》，宝钢特钢将14万吨炼钢产能转让给鑫海实业。根据第三方评估机构的评估价值确定，公司控股子公司鑫海实业购买的上述两项炼钢产能的总价款(含税)合计为人民币7.714亿元。
