节能国祯(300388.SZ)：国祯集团质押合计3023万股

格隆汇6月24日丨节能国祯(300388.SZ)公布，2022年6月24日，公司接到持股5%以上股东安徽国祯集团股份有限公司(“国祯集团”)函告，获悉国祯集团所持有公司的部分股权办理了质押手续，此次质押合计3023万股。
