江苏国泰(002091.SZ)：“国泰转债”可能满足赎回条件

格隆汇6月27日丨江苏国泰(002091.SZ)公布，自2022年6月7日至2022年6月27日期间，公司股票价格已有9个交易日的收盘价不低于“国泰转债”当期转股价格(8.77元/股)的130%(即11.41元/股)，公司股票如在未来连续6个交易日的收盘价格均不低于11.41元/股，将于2022年7月5日首次触发“国泰转债”2022年度有条件赎回条款或者公司股票未来十五个交易日中有六个交易日的收盘价格均不低于11.41元/股，将于第六个交易日收盘后触发“国泰转债”2022年度有条件赎回条款。

根据公司募集说明书中有条件赎回条款的相关规定，公司董事会有权决定按照债券面值加当期应计利息的价格赎回全部或部分未转股的“国泰转债”。
