智通财经APP讯，皇冠环球集团(00727)发布公告，该集团截至2022年3月31日止年度将取得7亿港元至8亿港元的股东应占综合亏损，而截至2021年3月31日止年度则取得约1.06亿港元的股东应占综合亏损。

年度股东应占综合亏损主要是由于2019冠状病毒病爆发对国内物业市场持续带来不利影响，预期集团于本年度的投资物业公平值亏损7.5亿港元至8.5亿港元之间(相比上年度投资物业公平值亏损约为7600万港元)。
