格隆汇APP获悉，根据联交所最新权益披露资料显示，2022年6月24日，上海实业控股(00363.HK)获Shanghai Industrial Investment (Holdings) Company Limited在场内以每股均价11.32港元增持6万股，涉资约67.92万港元。

增持后，Shanghai Industrial Investment (Holdings) Company Limited最新持股数目为684,929,748股，持股比例由62.99%上升至63.00%。
