东百集团(600693.SH)：完成嘉兴大恩100%股权交割

格隆汇6月30日丨东百集团(600693.SH)公布，根据公司与领展房产基金对相关交易的整体安排，双方于近日完成嘉兴大恩100%股权的交割手续，公司已收到领展房产基金全资子公司ALPERTON GLOBAL(HK) LIMITED支付的嘉兴大恩100%股权的暂定股权转让对价人民币4.93亿元，最终股权转让对价以交割日时点嘉兴大恩的交割审计报表数据进行核定。交割手续完成后，嘉兴大恩不再纳入公司合并报表范围。
