洛阳钼业(603993.SH)：拟18.26亿美元投建KFM开发项目(一期)

格隆汇6月30日丨洛阳钼业(603993.SH)公布，公司2022年6月30日，公司第六届董事会第六次临时会议审议通过《关于投资建设刚果(金)KFM开发项目的议案》，同意在项目建设投资不超过18.26亿美元范围内投资建设KFM开发项目(一期)。

投资标的名称：刚果(金)KFM开发项目(氧化矿、混合矿)工程(一期)；投资金额：本次KFM开发项目(一期)建设投资18.26亿美元，其中：工程费用14.27亿美元，工程建设其他费用1.61亿美元，预备费2.38亿美元。
