ST星源(000005.SZ)：证监会决定对公司立案调查

格隆汇7月1日丨ST星源(000005.SZ)公布，公司于6月30日收到中国证监会的《立案告知书》(编号：证监立案字007202219号)。因前期涉嫌信息披露违法违规事项，根据《中华人民共和国证券法》、《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》等法律法规，中国证监会决定对公司立案调查。

立案调查期间，公司将积极配合中国证监会的各项工作，严格按照监管要求履行信息披露义务。
