智通财经APP讯，泛亚微透(688386.SH)发布公告，公司于近日收到股东南方精工送达的《股票减持计划告知函》，南方精工计划自本公告披露之日起十五个交易日后的6个月内，通过集中竞价交易的方式减持所持有的泛亚微透的股票不超过140万股，即不超过公司总股本的2%，同时在减持期间的任意连续90个自然日内，减持股份的总数不超过公司股份总数的1%。
