格隆汇7月5日丨据证券时报，近日，辛选集团创始人辛巴在快手开启“直播带岗”首秀，两小时便收到17.5万份简历的“战绩”让直播招工方式再度引发市场热议。2022年以来，越来越多的企业走进直播间，以直观、透明的互动方式招引人才，其中不乏富士康、宁德时代、比亚迪、歌尔股份等头部大厂。业内表示，从现场招聘到网络招聘，再到直播招工，招聘方式已进入3.0时代，直播带岗逐渐成为企业吸纳人才的重要途径，但具体效果还要视平台属性、招聘工种而定，最终转化效果有待时间考验。
