宁波市海曙区日前印发《海曙区房屋征迁安置房票实施办法》的通知，被征收人持房票在海曙区内购买商品住宅、二手住宅及政府安置房的，给予房屋价值补偿部分6%的购房奖励。该项奖励适用条件为，被征收人持房票购买海曙区内住宅总金额达到房票票面金额、截止购买日利息加上购房奖励总金额的90%以上；购买上述房屋总金额未达规定比例的，按实际已购房屋金额占总金额比例，同比例支付相应奖励金额。
