寧波市海曙區日前印發《海曙區房屋徵遷安置房票實施辦法》的通知，被徵收人持房票在海曙區內購買商品住宅、二手住宅及政府安置房的，給予房屋價值補償部分6%的購房獎勵。該項獎勵適用條件爲，被徵收人持房票購買海曙區內住宅總金額達到房票票面金額、截止購買日利息加上購房獎勵總金額的90%以上；購買上述房屋總金額未達規定比例的，按實際已購房屋金額佔總金額比例，同比例支付相應獎勵金額。
