智通财经APP讯，云南能投(002053.SZ)发布公告，为满足曲靖能投天然气产业发展有限公司(简称“曲靖公司”)在建及拟建项目的资金需求，同意公司控股子公司云南省天然气有限公司对其全资子公司曲靖公司增加注册资本金2.16亿元人民币，根据曲靖公司项目建设进度分批注资。本次增资完成后，曲靖公司注册资本金将增加至5.16亿元人民币。
