保定首套房首付比例最低两成 二孩家庭公积金最高贷100万元

格隆汇7月11日丨河北省保定市住房公积金管理中心发布《关于调整住房公积金贷款相关政策的通知》。自8月1日起，保定市降低购房申请住房公积金贷款首付款比例，购买首套住房申请住房公积金贷款的，购房首付款比例由不低于30%调整为不低于20%；购买第二套住房申请住房公积金贷款的，购房首付款比例由不低于60%调整为不低于30%。同时，实行差别化住房公积金贷款最低、最高额度。对于生育二孩的缴存职工申请住房公积金贷款，单方缴存公积金的申请公积金贷款最高额度80万元；夫妻双方缴存公积金的100万元。
