格隆汇7月14日丨华夏幸福(600340.SH)公布，预计公司2022年半年度实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润为-4.5亿元至-7.5亿元。预计公司2022年半年度实现归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润为-74.1亿元至-77.1亿元。

受宏观经济环境、行业环境、信用环境叠加多轮疫情影响，2020年第四季度以来公司面临流动性阶段性风险，公司融资业务受到较大影响，公司业务正常开展也受到一定影响。在上述背景下，公司金融债务发生未能如期偿还的情况。
