格隆汇7月15日丨茂业商业(600828.SH)公布，公司预计2022年半年度实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润约为1.19亿元到1.55亿元，与上年同期相比，同比减少51.12%到62.37%。

扣除非经常性损益事项后，公司预计2022年半年度实现归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润约为1.17亿元到1.53亿元，与上年同期相比，同比减少49.01%到60.89%。

公司开发的成都茂业豪园项目即将售罄,本期较上年同期收入减少。2022上半年，受多地疫情散发影响，公司多家门店所在区域均出现疫情，门店闭店或缩短营业时间，对公司整体经营活动造成较大负面影响。
