中通客车(000957.SZ)：山东国投7月18日减持1%股份

格隆汇7月18日丨中通客车(000957.SZ)公布，公司于2022年7月18日收到山东省国有资产投资控股有限公司(简称”山东国投“)的告知函，其于2022年7月18日通过集中竞价方式减持公司股份592.9万股，占公司总股本的1%。

此次减持后，山东国投持有公司股份约1.0053亿股，占公司总股本的16.9553%。
