智通财经APP讯，重庆银行(01963)公布，近日，该行收到《中国银保监会重庆监管局关于核准重庆市地产集团有限公司股东资格的批复》(渝银保监复 [2022]138 号)。经审查，中国银行保险监督管理委员会重庆监管局(以下简称“重庆银保监局”)核准重庆市地产集团有限公司(以下简称“地产集团”)的股东资格，同意地产集团通过二级市场增持该行不超过约382.19万股 A 股，增持后地产集团及其关联方合计持有该行股份不超过约1.77亿股，合计持股比例不超过 5.1%。
