ST九有(600462.SH)擬向控股股東定增募資不超31325萬元

格隆匯7月18日丨ST九有(600462.SH)披露2022年度非公開發行股票預案，非公開發行股票數量不超過1.75億股(含本數)，未超過此次發行前公司總股本的30%；發行價為1.79元/股；發行對象為公司控股股東北京中裕嘉泰實業有限公司。

募集資金總額不超過31325萬元，在扣除發行費用後，全部用於償還債務和補充流動資金。
