格隆汇7月25日丨深南电A(000037.SZ)公布，公司董事会于2022年7月25日收到公司董事、董事长李新威提交的书面辞职报告。李新威因工作变动辞去公司第九届董事会董事、董事长职务，同时辞去公司第九届董事会战略与投资管理委员会召集人职务，辞职后不再担任公司及公司控股子公司任何职务。
