格隆汇7月25日丨三五互联公告，公司于近日收到公司原控股股东、实控人龚少晖发来的通知，因个人债务已发生逾期，其持有的公司股票可能存在因强制平仓、司法拍卖被动减持的风险。龚少晖目前持有公司9.06%股份，为公司持股数量第一大股东，其股份质押率较高并均已到期，且全部股份处于冻结。公司目前股权较为分散，且无控股股东、无实控人。若公司股东权益发生重大变动，公司控制权可能会发生变更。
