上海莱士(002252.SZ)：莱士中国拟被动减持3240万股

格隆汇7月26日丨上海莱士(002252.SZ)公布，公司于2022年7月26日收到国海证券出具的告知函，获悉国海证券收到法院的《协助执行通知书》，法院委托国海证券将持有公司5%以上股份的股东莱士中国质押给国海证券股份有限公司的3240万股公司股票进行变卖。国海证券将按照法院《协助执行通知书》的要求协助司法执行，可能导致莱士中国被动减持上海莱士股票。
