格隆汇7月29日丨福能东方(300173.SZ)公布，公司近日收到持股5%以上股东及其一致行动人绍绪智能、镒航投资、慧邦天合、昭元投资、镒源投资出具的告知函，获悉上述股东于2022年5月20日-7月27日以集中竞价和大宗交易方式合计减持公司股份990.44万股，占公司股本总股本的1.3480%。

此次变动后，绍绪智能、镒航投资、慧邦天合、昭元投资、镒源投资合计持有公司股份3022.1946万股，占公司总股本的4.1134%。
