*ST美尚(300495.SZ)：联合体签订南湖大道(观山路-周新东路)道路及周边绿化景观提升工程总承包合同

格隆汇7月29日丨*ST美尚(300495.SZ)公布，公司于近日收到了广州山水比德设计股份有限公司(牵头人)、美尚生态(联合体成员)组成的联合体(“承包人”)与无锡经开公建项目管理有限公司(“发包人”)签订的《南湖大道(观山路-周新东路)道路及周边绿化景观提升工程总承包合同》。签约合同价格约7468.4164万元，其中设计费120万元，施工总承包工程费(含设备购置费)6984.6064万元，暂列金额为363.8100万元。
