格隆汇8月3日丨金陵饭店(601007.SH)公布，公司控股子公司江苏苏糖糖酒食品有限公司(简称“苏糖公司”)拟通过江苏省产权交易所公开摘牌方式受让公司控股股东南京金陵饭店集团有限公司(简称“金陵饭店集团”)拥有的南京市雨花台区软件大道119号5幢103室、104室房产，用于开设茅台专卖店、五粮液旗舰店、习酒体验店和习酒定制中心，竞标价格不高于人民币1500万元。
