仙琚製藥(002332.SZ)：黃體酮陰道緩釋凝膠藥品註冊申請獲受理

格隆匯8月3日丨仙琚製藥(002332.SZ)公佈，公司於近日收到國家藥品監督管理局下發的黃體酮陰道緩釋凝膠境內生產藥品註冊受理通知書。黃體酮陰道緩釋凝膠，規格8%(90mg)，參比製劑為國內上市的進口原研產品,商品名為雪諾同。黃體酮陰道緩釋凝膠最早由ColumbiaLaboratories,Inc開發,商品名為Crinone®。適應症：輔助生殖技術，8%適用於孕酮補充和替換，作為由於孕酮缺乏導致不育的婦女輔助生殖技術的一部分。

Columbia的黃體酮陰道緩釋凝膠已經在多個國家獲得批准，其在美國以外的地區授權給MerckSerono銷售，均用於輔助生殖中補充孕酮。2008年首次在中國獲得進口註冊批准，規格為8%(90mg)，用於輔助生殖技術中黃體酮的補充治療，商品名為雪諾同。目前在仿製藥參比製劑目錄第二十七批被推薦為參比製劑。
